摘　　要：针对工业X射线无损检测图像提出了一种新的缺陷检测方法,该方法主要是在研究数字图像背景的非局部平均复原的基础上,利用矩不变的数字剪影技术,实现电力设备的缺陷检测方法。该方法与其它设备检测方法相比较,不仅检测结果准确,还解决了背景复原过程中偏微分方程求解迭代次数过多的问题,实验结果表明了该算法的有效性。With the development of detecting technology, X-ray detecting method as a new technology is proposed in this paper for industry blemish detecting. The invariable intensity moment image silhouette technology, based on X-ray image background restitut- ing, is used for blemish detecting in power equipment. Compared with other blemish detecting, our method is exactitude and effec- tive, experiments show the validity of our algorithm.
