摘　　要：利用德国Beckhoff总线端子模块控制器BC9050,通过TwinCAT实时核将数据传输到PC控制器上,再应用ActiveX技术实现TwinCAT与LabVIEW的通讯,同时通过波形图表,以及数据保存程序,实现数据的实时采集、趋势图显示和实时存储。通过对三螺杆挤出机工作过程的实时监控,证明该系统具有很高的稳定性和实时性,能满足采集系统的要求。Using German Beckhoff bus terminal module controller BC9050, transfer the data to PC controller through the TwinCAT re- al-time centre, then achieve the communication of TwinCAT and LabVIEW by the application of the ActiveX, and accomplish real- time data acquisition, trend diagram shows and real-time storage through the waveform chart, and data storage programs. The system was confirmed to achieve stability and real-time performance and the requirement of date acquiring system was met though the three screw extruder. ＂
