摘　　要：本文在FPGA上实现了10M/100M以太网自动协商模块,并通过仿真和实际测试。在完成基本功能的基础上做了精简以和低功耗设计,适用于集成FPGA芯片的嵌入式设备。本设计采用高速模块和低速模块分开的设计,有效降低功耗;去除了802.3协议提到的非必要的功能,做到适当精简,使得本模块更适合用于资源有限的嵌入式应用;本模块可以方便地对1000M以太网或者更高速率的使用自动协商协议的以太网进行扩展,仅需修改仲裁部分;本模块使用了防信号衰减处理,使得具有一定衰减的信号也可以被正确接收。Finished the Implementation of auto-negotiation module of 10M/100M Ethernet on FPGA, and verification result is correct. Base function is done, and the design is simplified and low power consumption. It can be used on embedded device with FPGA chip. The design separate the high speed module and low speed module to reduce the power consumption. The none-necessary func- tion mentioned in IEEE 802.3 is cut to simplify the design. So it can be easily implemented to more FPGA with few logic elements. It is very convenient to be expanded to support IO00M Ethernet or higher speed Ethernet that uses auto-negotiation. Only the arbi- tration function needs modification. There is a signal attenuation avoid function module, thus the slightly attenuated signal can be re- ceived correctly.
