摘　　要：随着烟草设备的生产速度越来越高,作为主控系统的传统PLC,在运算速度、开放性、多任务实时控制、快速模块选择等方面都遇到难以克服的障碍。意大利GD公司的DF10双通道滤棒成型机,采用德国BECKHOFF公司的CX 1030嵌入式IPC及快速输入/输出模块,处理系统的高速输入/输出信号,控制准确,控制精度高,实时性好,响应迅速。该系统的使用,提高了产品的稳定性,增强了设备的市场竞争力。As the production speed of tobacco machinery continually improved, the traditional PLC as the master control system faces many formidable obstacles in different aspects like calculating speed, openness, muhitask real-time control and rapid mode selection. The DFIO double channel filter maker manufactured by GD in Italy used BECKHOFF＇s embeded IPC CX1030 and fast I/O module to process the high-speed I/O signals of the system. It turned out that it has the advantages of accurate control, high control preci- sion, real-time and quick response. The adoption of this system improved not only the stability of the product but also the market competitiveness of the machine.
