摘　　要：目的:分析国际及国内数据类型规范之间的区别和联系,为今后卫生信息标准研制过程中数据类型的应用提供参考。方法:收集、对比涉及数据类型的国际标准和规范,包括IS011404、IS0 21090、IS0/IEC 11179、HL7 v3 DataTypes以及openEHR Data Types Information Model,并与我国的WS/T 303-2009、WS 363-2011进行对照。结果:从标准的背景和目的、基本内容、规范维度、基本数据类型与分类等5方面分析比较。数据类型的国际标准之间相互借鉴并保持协调,其中的数据类型具有语义,约束数据格式和内容。国内标准定义的数据元值的表示类型规范数据元值的格式,数据元值的数据类型则是数据元值表示类型的一个维度。结论:数据类型、数据元值的表示类型及值域之问既有区别义有联系。随着我国数据标准化方法体系的完善,需要从语义的角度规范和定义数据类型,正确应用数据类型和数据元值的表示类型。Objective： To analyze the difference and relationship among international and national data type specifications for comprehensive understanding and proper use of them in standardization and normalization of health information. Methods： Collecting relevant international specifications and standards including ISOl1404, ISO 21090, ISO/IEC 11179, HL 7 v3 Data Types and openEHR Data Types Information Model, comparing the standards with WS/T 303-2009 and WS 363-2011. Results： The data specifications and standards were compared from the purpose, content, dimension of specification and basic data types they provided. The international standards for data types refer to each other and keep harmonized, containing semantics and constraining the format and content of data. In Chinese national health information standards, the representation format of data element value specifies the form of value domain, and data type of data element value is a dimension of the format in national specifications. Conclusion： Data type, representation format and value domain of data element are different and correlates among each other. For health information standardization of China, it is necessary to specify and definite data types from semantic point of view and to apply data types and representation format of data element properly.
