摘  要:针对传统门诊流程中存在的诸多弊端,提出基于医院信息化平台上的门诊服务流程优化方案,以"并行化、一体化"的设计思想,研究并构筑自助医疗系统架构。该系统以信息化手段集成了建卡、挂号、取单及缴费等多项自助功能,实现了与医院现有医疗信息系统、银联、医保及市民卡接口的数据对接,形成患者医疗数据的共享集成。应用实践表明:自助医疗系统的实施推广能有效起到病人分流的目的,为建设居民电子健康档案提供了基础前提,同时也提升了医院管理质量,促进了医疗信息化建设。According to many defects existing in the traditional outpatient service process, the paper raised the optimization scheme for the outpatient service process on the basis of current medical information platform in our hospital and studied the structure of medical self-help service system by means of parallelization and integration. The functions as citizen card distribution, self-help registration, payment and report fetching were integrated in the system. Since data communication in different interfaces as HIS, LIS, unionpay, medical insurance and citizen card, the system implements sharing and integration of patients' medical data. The application shows that practicing medical self-help service system is beneficial to dispersal of patients. Besides, the integrated medical information provides the condition for the construction of residents electronic health file. Meanwhile the management quality in hospital and medical information construction were also promoted.
