摘　　要：新农合GIS系统是集信息查询、统计分析和业务监管为一体的新农合管理信息系统的重要组成部分。对新农合GIS系统进行了较为详细的分析和设计,包括系统设计目标与原则、系统总体架构设计、系统功能设计以及数据库设计等内容。New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance GIS is an important part of New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Management Information System as a set of information query, statistical analysis and business management. This paper gives a more detailed analysis and design of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance GIS, including the objectives and principles of the system design, the design of the overall system architecture, system functional design, and database design.
