摘　　要：针对不同的电子病历文书及其存在的安全问题,介绍了数字签名技术、XKMS技术、病历文档内容抽取签名技术的功能、不足及其所能解决的电子病历安全问题,提出了针对电子病历模块选择相应的电子签名技术的方案。For the security issues existed in different electronic medical records, this paper introduced the technology of digital signature, XKMS, content extraction signature, including their function and defect. Based on analyzed of the capacities about these electronic signature technologies, which able to address the different security concerns of electronic medical records, the article put forward a solution that selecting the corresponding electronic signature technologies targeted electronic medical records modules.
