摘　　要：国家医改给医院提出了快速全面进行信息化建设的要求。而医疗过程涉及专业性强的诸多领域的特点决定了医院信息系统类型复杂,建设周期长、耗资巨大且不易见到效益。作为医院信息系统产品和服务的提供方,厂商和公司期望抓住机遇,按照医院信息化整体性能的快速提高要求提供相应产品和服务,提高自身的市场竞争力,实现可持续的赢利。提出一种创新医院现有信息化建设的商业模式。The national health care reform demand that hospitals must build hospital information system lastly and comprehensivly. But the medical procedure is complex and include many highly specialized fields, which decide the multi-character of the construction of hospital information system,such as the complexity type, the long construction cycle,the huge investment and so on. The vendors and the companys expect to seize the opportunity to improve their market competitiveness and achieve sustainable profitability by providing the appropriate products and services improve the overall performance of the hospital information system. The reporter think that we need innovate the business model.
