摘　　要：抗日战争胜利后,中国共产党发动了内蒙古自治运动,成立了内蒙古自治运动联合会。土地工作是联合会的主要工作之一,在内蒙古中西部地区率先展开,"四三会议"后扩展到内蒙古东部地区。解放战争爆发后,由于战时动员群众的需要与实际工作经验的缺乏,部分解放区的土地工作中出现了"左"的倾向,但总体而言,联合会土地工作的开展,推动了内蒙古自治运动的发展,为内蒙古自治政府时期的土地改革奠定了基础。After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,the Chinese Communist Party launched the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement,and established the Federation of Inner Mongolia Autonomy Movement.Land work is one of the most important works of the Federation,which commenced in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia,then extended to the eastern part of Inner Mongolia after ＂the Chengde meeting＂.After the outbreak of the Liberation War,due to wartime mobilization needs of the masses and the actual lack of experience,there was ＂Left＂ tendencies in parts of the land.Overall,the carry out of the Confederation of land work promoted the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement,which laid the foundation for the Inner Mongolia autonomous government during the land reform.
