温肾利水法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭76例

摘　　要：目的观察温肾利水法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法采用自拟方加减配合西药常规治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者治疗组40例,并设西药常规治疗对照组36例。结果治疗组总有效率92.50%,对照组总有效率72.22%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾利水法是治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的有效方法。Objective Observed Wenshen diuresis treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, heart failure patients. Methods Self proposed side addition and subtraction with conventional western medicine treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, heart failure and 40 cases, and the conventional western treatment control group of 36 cases. Results The treatment group was 92. 50%, control group, the total efficiency of 72. 22%, the total effective rate more significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Wenshe diuresis treat- ment of chronic pulmonary heart disease is effective.
