摘　　要：烯二炔类抗生素是一种有着全新结构的高效抗肿瘤抗生素,本文对其抗肿瘤活性、作用机制、代表性药物力达霉素以及免疫偶联物的研发等方面的研究近况进行了阐述。Enediyne antibiotics are efficient antitumor drugs with new structures. This article introduces the current advances of Enediyne antibiotics in antitumor activity, mechanism of action, LDM, as well as the development of the immunoconjugate.
