非洛地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年性原发性高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察非洛地平与替米沙坦治疗老年性原发性高血压的疗效。方法将90例确诊为老年性原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组45例，应用非洛地平（5mg／d，早晨口服）＋替米沙坦（80mg／d，早晨口服）治疗；对照组45例，单纯用非洛地平（5mg／d，早晨口服）治疗，连续治疗8周。结果两组之间治疗高血压没有显著性差异，但控制24h血压非洛地平与替米沙坦更好，同时副作用发生率更低。结论非洛地平联合替米沙坦是治疗老年性原发性高血压有效安全的药物。Objective To observe the felodipine treatment with telmisartan essential hypertension. Methods We divided 90 cases of essential hypertension into two groups, The observation group （45 cases）was treated by telmisartan （80mg/d, breakfast befor the oral）and felodipine（Smg/d, breakfast befor the oral）; The control group（45 cases）was treated only by felodipine（Smg/d, breakfast befor the oral）,continuons treatment for 8 weeks. Results Treatment of hypertension between the two groups there were no significant differences, but the 24h blood pressure control with felodipine telmisartan better, at the same time lower the incidence of side effects. Conclusion The combined felodipine telmisartan is effective and safe treatment of essential hypertension drugs.
