Latissimus Dorsi Flap Repair Arm of Injury Associated in Phase i With Hot EXtrusion of Five Cases of Humerus Fracture

摘　　要：目的探讨临床上热机器挤压伤伴骨质外露的修复方法。方法35例严重的热挤压伤均伴有骨质外露，对其中28例伴有肱骨中上段骨折患者，采用背阔肌皮瓣I期修复。上臂热挤压伤伴肱骨开放性骨折，于伤后3d-1周行手术修复，术中彻底清除坏死组织及间生态组织，采用钛板内固定术修复骨折断端。结果35例患者皮瓣均全部存活。创面I期修复，住院平均时间为15d；术后随访6个月～1a．患者上肢功能活动正芾，外观满意。结论设计背阔肌皮瓣＋骨折内固定术修复热挤压伤伴肱骨开放性骨折是一种比较好的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical hot extrusion machine repair injuries with bone exposed methods. Methods 2003 6 months since October 2010 I received 25 cases of severe crush injury are associated with the heat exposed bone, including 18 cases with fractures of the humerus in the upper section, in which 15 males and 3 females , aged 26 to 48 years, the use of latissimus dorsi flap repair I arm of injury associated with humeral fracture hot extrusion. 3d - 1 after injury Chow, surgical repair, surgery and complete removal of necrotic tissue, and between the ecological organization, the use of titanium plate fixation for repair fi＇aeture fragments. Results All 25 patients with flaps survived. Phase I of Wound repaii, the average hospitalization time was 15 days. Followed up for 6 months to 1 year, upper extremity function in patients with iaotmal activities, the appearance of satisfaction. Conclusion The design of the latissimus dorsi flap ＋ internal fixation of fracture repair injury associated With humeral fracture extrusion is an ideal anoroach.
