闭式胸腔引流治疗自发性气胸的护理体会

摘　　要：胸腔闭式引流术是将一根引流管置于胸膜腔内，连接一个密闭式的引流，其目的是引流胸膜腔内的积气、积液，适应于气胸、血胸、脓胸及各种开胸手术的引流。本组32例，男21例，女11例，年龄最大62岁，最小21岁，患者均以5～7d痊愈出院。The chest cavity closed type drainage is putting in a drainage tube in the pleural cavity, and connecting a closed the drainage installment, its goal is in the drainage pleural cavity pneumatosis, the product fluid, adapts in the pneumothorax, the hemothorax, the pyothorax and each kind opens the chest surgery＇s drainage. This group of 32 examples includs 21 male and 11 female .The age is from 21 years old to 62 years old,the patients are discharged by 5～7 days.
