急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹1例及文献回顾  

One Case with Pityriasis Lichenoides et Varioliformis Acuta and Literature review

摘　　要：患者男，12岁，躯干、四肢、臀部及腋窝散在分布较多粟粒至黄豆大小暗红色丘疹2月余，部分丘疹表面附有细碎鳞屑，部分丘疹有脓疱、坏死及结痂，新旧皮疹同时存在。患者无发热及全身浅表淋巴结肿大。组织病理示：表皮灶性坏死，局部基底细胞液化变性，真皮毛细血管周围淋巴细胞浸润。诊断：急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹。本文从发病机制、临床表现、组织病理、鉴别诊断和治疗等方面进行了文献回顾和复习。Abstract：One patient, 12 years old, torso and buttocks and armpit limbs, scattered corn grain to more soybean volume 2 months red pimples, part of the pimples coated with a finely scaly skin, part with pustules, necrosis and pimples scabby, new and old skin rash also present. The patient no fever and systemic superficial lymph node enlargement. The histopathology shows：focal skin necrosis, local basal cell liquefaction degeneration, leather, capillary surrounding lymphocytes. Diagnosis： Pityriasis Lichenoides et Varioliformis Acuta. This paper, from the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, differential tissue pathology and treatment is a literature review.
