摘　　要：固体脱硫剂脱硫法在塔里木油田有着较广泛的应用,为了充分认识固体脱硫在实际应用中的弊端,结合实际生产中该类型脱硫装置发生的一系列问题,认真分析出现这些问题的具体原因,从工艺、设备等多个角度说明该脱硫法存在的工艺弊端和对安全生产的严重影响。通过总结运行经验,进行了一系列技改措施,不断调整工艺和生产参数,确保装置的安全正常运行,并提高其经济性。实践证明,这些措施是行之有效的,可以最大程度消除固有工艺弊端、控制风险。Solid desulfurizing agent desulphurization method has been applied widely in Tarim Oilfield. In order to fully know disadvantages of solid desulfurization in practical application,carefully analyzed are a series of problems occurring in actual operation of this type desulphurization unit and reasons resulting in such problems and described are serious effects of technical and equipment disadvantages in the desulfurization method on safety production. A series of technical measures were taken after summarizing the operating experience and process and production parameters were constantly adjusted to ensure that the unit operates properly and economic effectiveness has been improved accordingly. Practice proves that the measures are effective and taking such measures can eliminate inherent process disadvantages and control risk as far as possible.
