阻燃涂层胶用非离子型水性聚氨酯的制备与性能

摘　　要：以聚乙二醇（PEG）为亲水链段，合成了一系列非离子型WPU（水性聚氨酯）；然后将其作为聚磷酸铵的包覆剂，制备阻燃型聚磷酸铵一WPU，并将其用于玻纤布／PET（聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯）膜的粘接。研究结果表明：羟基含量大于0．63mmol／g的WPU，具有黏度小、流动性好等特点，并且其粒径小于140nm，固含量低于50％8,3均呈牛顿流体；将该WPU作为固体聚磷酸铵复合阳燃剂的包覆剂，则阻燃剂的填充量达55％；聚磷酸铵-WPU具有艮好的储存稳定性、耐丙酮擦洗性（擦洗次数由40次升至100~120次）、粘接性和阻燃性（用于玻纤布／PET膜粘接时，试样呈内聚破坏且氧指数为37—38）。With polyethylene glycol（PEG） as hydrophilic chain segment, a series of non-ionic WPU（waterborne polyurethane） were synthesized. Then,with non-ionic WPU as encapsulant of ammonium polyphosphate,a flame- retardant ammonium polyphosphate-WPU,which could be used for bonding glass fiber cloch/PET （polyethylene terephthalate） film,was prepared. The research results showed that the WPU with hydroxyl content more than 0.63 mmoVg had some characteristics（such as low viscosity and good liquidity） ,its size was less than 140 nm,and it was a Newtonian liquid when solid content was lower than 50%. The mass fraction of composite flame retardant was 55% in WPU when the WPU was used as encapsulant of composite flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate solid. The ammonium polyphosphate-WPU had some strongpoint such as good storage stability,good acetone scrub resistance（scrubbing times from 40 times to 100-120 times） ,good bonding properties and good flame- retardancy（the glass fiber cloch/PET film bonded sample with cohesive failure and oxygen index at 37-38）.
