摘　　要：目的探讨局部病灶组织Ki-67在输卵管妊娠不同结局中表达的强度及其与滋养细胞浸润深度的关系。方法将2007年1月—2010年12月在我院行手术治疗的102例输卵管妊娠,按术中所见分为流产组(58例)及破裂组(44例),比较两组患者Ki-67阳性表达情况及其与滋养细胞浸润深度的关系。结果流产组Ki-67的Garcia评分平均为(3.78±1.36)分,等级强度为弱阳性(+);破裂组Ki-67的Garcia评分平均为(6.85±2.14)分,等级强度为阳性(++)。结论Ki-67阳性表达与输卵管滋养细胞浸润深度呈正相关,Garcia评分>6分提示输卵管妊娠破裂的可能性增加。Objective To explore strength of the local lesion organization of Ki-67 expressions in tubal pregnancy of different outcomes and the relationship with nutrient cells infiltration depth.Methods 102 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to our hospital during January 2007 and December 2010 were divided according to the intraoperative findings into abortion group（n=58） and rupture group（n=44） and the patients＇ Ki-67 positive expressions and the relationship with nutrient cells infiltration depth was compered between the two groups.Results In abortion group,Garcia score of Ki-67 was an average of 3.78±1.36 and expressions strength level was the weakly positive（＋）.In rupture group,Garcia score of Ki-67 was an average of 6.85±2.14 and expressions strength level was positive（＋＋）.Conclusion Positive expression of Ki-67 is directly correlated with tubal infiltration depth and Garcia score over 6 means a higher occurrence rate of tubal pregnancy rupture.
