摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,通过对中国朝鲜族聚集区竞技体育发展进程的回顾、现状、面临的形式、存在的问题的分析与理论概括,重点研究当前中国朝鲜族聚集区竞技体育发展的战略方针、目标与对策等。研究认为:应完善中国朝鲜族聚集区竞技体育培养体制、推进体制创新;调整及优化运动项目布局;内引外联,打造高水平的教练员队伍;应借鉴成功的培养模式,为中国朝鲜族聚集区竞技体育的可持续发展,也为我国竞技体育的可持续发展提供理论依据。By means of such research methods as literatures, questionnaire survey and expert interview, this paper theoreti- cally summarizes a review on the development of competitive sports in China＇s Korean -populated area and also analyzes the current situation and the existing problems in it. Based on these, this paper mainly deals with the strategic guidelines, objec- tive and countermeasures for contemporary development of competitive sports in the Korean - populated area. Finally it ar- rives at the following cognition. The sports cultivating system should be improved to advance system innovation. The adjust- ment and optimization of the sports events arrangement is needed and mattered. We could build a high - level coach team by internal absorbing and external cooperation. And drawing on other successful training patterns, we would supply more theory basis for the sustainable development of competitive sports in the Korean - populated area and even the development of China＇ s sports.
