摘  要:目前,我国高职院校课程的考核方式,普遍遵循着以考试结果为依据的考评原则。然而,高职院校课程与岗位紧密关联,考试结果往往不能真正测试出学生相应岗位上的实际技能水平,尤其不能反映其适应企业岗位的综合能力。解决这个问题,需要将课程考核与企业需求、绩效考核等制度结合起来,把岗位需求动态分布到考试过程中进行。At present, the curriculum evaluation mode in China's higher vocational colleges generally follow the principle of appraisal based on the results of an examination. However, courses in higher vocational colleges and post related closely, The exam results are often unable to really test the level of students' practical skills in the appropriate positions, especially can not reflect its comprehensive abihty to adapt to enterprises positions. To solve the problem, it is necessary to combine course assessment with the enterprise needs and performance appraisal, distributed position requirements dynamically into the examination process.
