摘　　要：文章介绍了特钢分公司Φ120 mm生产线的工艺特点及技术装备,并介绍了该生产线试制K55钢级Φ177.8 mm石油套管变形量分配及工艺参数设计以及轧制情况,并且对生产中所存在的问题提出了注意事项。In the paper,it is introduced the process characteristics and technical equipment of Φ120 mm production line in Special Steel Co.as well as the deformation distribution,the process parameters design and rolling situations of K55Φ177.8 mm oil casings trial-produced with the production line.Moreover,the points for attention are proposed aiming at the existing problems in productions.
