摘　　要：广东省在经济基础和人才等方面的独有优势,吸引了大量的外商直接投资,外商直接投资在推动广东经济发展方面起到了重大作用。文章在回顾国内外影响外商直接投资相关文献的基础上,选取三大因素七个变量八大指标分析影响广东外商直接投资的因素,通过实证分析得出广东省进一步加强引进外商直接投资需缩小收入差距、发展产业集群、改善投资环境和创新引资方式的对策建议。The unique advantages of economic base and talents in Guangdong Province have attracted a large quantity of foreign direct investments.And the investments play an important role in promoting Guangdong＇s economic development.Based on the review of domestic and international relevant literature of foreign direct investment,this article selects three factors,seven variables and eight indicators to analyze the influence factors of Guangdong Province＇s foreign direct investment.The four factors of the per capita GDP,the industrial enterprises above designated size number,the total import and export volume and the accumulative foreign direct investment are notable through empirical analysis.And some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the introduction of foreign direct investment in Guangdong Province.
