爱普列特联合高特灵治疗前列腺增生症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对150例前列腺增生症患者联合服用爱普列特及高特灵的观察治疗,检测两药合用治疗前列腺增生症的有效性、安全性及耐受性。方法爱普列特5 mg,2次.d-1,连续服用3～9个月;高特灵2 mg,1次.d-1,共服用3个月。然后通过尿动力学测定、症状评分及测定前列腺体积变化来综合判断疗效。结果爱普列特联合高特灵治疗前列腺增生症,能迅速改善临床症状及梗阻症状,缩减前列腺重量,尿流率增加,无严重不良反应。结论联合应用爱普列特及高特灵,是药物治疗前列腺增生症较理想的方法。Objective To observe the treatment of 150 cases of prostatic hyperplasia with the alliance application of epristeride and hytrin and detect the effectiveness,safety and endurance of the alliance medication.Methods Epristeride 5 mg,twice a day,continuously for 3 to 9 months and hytrin 2 mg,once a day for 3 months were prescribed.The efficacy was systematically judged by the determination of urodynamics,symptom score and prostatic volume change.Results The alliance medication of epristeride and hytrin relieved the clinical symptoms and obstructive symptom of prostatic hyperplasia,shortened prostatic weight,increased urine flow rate rapidly and had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The alliance application of epristeride and hytrin is the satisfactory approach to the medication of prostatic hyperplasia.
