摘　　要：周边环境影响的风险管控是城市轨道交通工程建设项目风险管理的重要内容,根据现行法律法规、规范性文件、技术标准和各地做法经验,总结了环境风险管控的内容构成与流程,全面研究了周边环境调查、环境影响风险分级、环境现状检测与评估、环境保护专项设计与工程措施、环境安全施工监控巡视等各环境风险管控环节的内容、技术和方法,提出了相应的环境风险控制措施和管理策略。Risk control of surrounding environmental impact is an important part of the urban rail transit project risk management.Based on the existing laws,regulatory documents,technical standards and the practice experience,the content formation and procedure of environment risk control were summed up,the content,technique,methods for surrounding environment survey,environment impact risk classification,preceding detection evaluation and safety estimation,special design and risk control measures for environment protection,and monitoring and inspection of constructing procedure were studied thoroughly.Corresponding environment risk control measures and management strategies were Put forward.
