摘　　要：新型多功能翻卷机具有自行取卷、托盘升降、卡钳对中卡紧、钢卷翻转、辊道输送五种功能。介绍了该设备的结构形式和工作原理,并进行了受力分析与研究,对翻转缸的工作长度、作用力及摆角与翻转角间的函数关系进行了公式推导,并对液压系统进行了分析和阐述。Novel muhifunctional coil tilter has 5 functions with taking coil, lifting tray, centring and chucking for caliper, turning oversteel coil and roller conveyor. The structure and working principle are presented, and describes the force is analyzed and researched, function of relation between working length of turnover cylinder, force and the swing angle and turning angle are dedused,finally analyzed the hydraulic system.
