摘  要:首先建立非对称三位四通阀控制非对称液压缸动态数学模型,然后用MATLAB中Simulink构建了某热连轧机液压压下系统的仿真模型并对其动力学特性进行了仿真研究;通过改变轧制不同带钢厚度变化时获得液压缸位移输出曲线。最后对比现场实测位移曲线,可以看出仿真结果与现场实测基本吻合,说明动态数学模型基本正确,同时表明计算机仿真是研究液压压下动态特性的有效途径。In this paper, the dynamic mathematical model about the asymmetric three - position four - way valve control asymmetric hydraulic cylinder is established, and a hot rolling mill hydraulic screwdowu system simula- tion model is constructed to research the dynamic characteristics by MATLAB/Simulink. It is obtained that the displacement output curve of the hydraulic cylinder by changing the rolling different strip thickness. Finally comparing the input and output spectrum curve, it found that given the vibration signal by hydraulic system can transfer to the hydraulic cylinder. At the same time it indicate that the computer simulation is the effective way that research the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic screwdown.
