摘　　要：为保证退火炉加热过程的稳定和安全,除了运用传统的空燃比调节烧嘴的燃烧外,还需要利用负载来定量控制。结合退火炉的结构特点,介绍了连续退火机组加热炉混合煤气燃烧的控制原理和控制流程,同时分析了加热炉的动态工艺特性和可能产生的干扰因素,从而为机组工艺操作方法的优化和设备故障的诊断提供了理论指导。To guarantee the stabilization and safety of heating process, the burner combustion was adjusted by traditional air gas ratio and quantitative control using load. The control principle and control chart of mixed gas combustion of continuous annealing furnace are given out in the article. The dynamic process characteristic and the probable disturbance factors of heating furnace are also introduced. The theoretical guidelines for operation optimization and equipment fault diagnosis are put forward.
