核放射强度分布的在线测量

摘　　要：本文从分析放射性物质衰变的原理出发,选取NaI(TI)单晶闪烁传感装置对137 Cs的核衰变进行数据测量,然后在手工数据处理的基础上构建程序实现了在线处理,使随机分布的非电学量信号形成有序的可分析数据。通过对比分析得到了人工计算与在线处理的频数对照图,由卡方检验得到了核辐射的统计规律。结果表明:在线处理方法能够实时分析大量繁杂的数据,能够直观的反映出数据的分布规律,而且与传统处理方法相比,测量精度高、误差小,实现了数据采集、处理的同步自动化。This article from the radioactive decay of the fundamental laws of matter, using NaI（TI）crystal scintillation analyzer decay data collection, data processing and man-made with computer programming, the last use of excel by manual calculation and online processing frequency of the control chart, using the chi-square test to further verify the decay process of a normal distribution. Our result shows that too many data can be analysed and the distribution can intuitively be reflected by the online processing method. Compared to the old manual calculation, the accuracy is increased and the error is decreased. The online processing algorithms can measure and handle data with automatic synchronization.
