摘　　要：目的探讨多重护理干预对三腔二囊管插管效果的影响。方法选取60例肝硬化并发食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组常规操作,干预组在常规操作基础上采取心理、视听,以及联合应用胃镜润滑胶浆、超细活检钳等多重干预,比较两组插管效果。结果干预组患者反应小,插管时间短,平均1.82min,一次插管成功率达100%,两种插管方法效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多重护理干预可降低三腔二囊管插管不良反应的发生率,缩短插管时间,提高一次插管成功率,对减轻患者痛苦有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of multiple nursing intervention on Sengstaken-Blakemore tube intubation effect.Methods 60 cases of liver cirrhosis complicating esophageal and gastric varices rupture hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was performed the conventional operation,while the intervention group received the multiple intervention including the psychological,audiovisual,and combined application of gastroscopic lubricant jelly and superfine biopsy forceps.The intubation effects were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group had small response,short intubation time,average 1.82 min and the one-time success rate of 100%.Comparing the effects of two intubation methods showed statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multiple nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in Sengstaken-Blakemore tube intubation,shorten the intubation time,increase the one-time intubation success rate and has greater clinical application value for reducing patients′pain.
