综合护理干预在过度换气综合征中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合护理干预在过度换气综合征中的应用效果。方法选择2010年6月至2012年6月收治的过度换气综合征患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上增加综合护理干预措施,包括心理干预、对症护理和健康教育等,比较两组护理效果。结果干预组患者症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可提高过度换气综合征患者治疗效果,促进机体早日康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in hyperventilation syndrome.Methods 60 patients with hyperventilation syndrome in the emergency department of this hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）.The control group was given with regular care,while the intervention group with regular care and comprehensive nursing intervention measures including the psychological intervention,symptomatic care and health education.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the relieving symptoms time in the intervention group was obviously faster（P〈0.01） and the patients satisfaction to the nursing work in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,showing statistical differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treat-ment effects of the patients with hyperventilation syndrome,promote the early recovery and increase the patient′s satisfaction.
