围刺法配合梅花针及火罐治疗蛇串疮随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察围刺法配合梅花针及火罐治疗蛇串疮临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法。将30例患者分为两组,治疗组30例采用围刺法配合梅花针及火罐疗法,对照组30例口服龙胆泻肝汤。两组均以3d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率46.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]围刺法配合梅花针及火罐治疗蛇串疮起效快,疗效好,不遗留后遗神经痛,此法临床疗效明显优于单纯中药治疗。[Objective]Confining puncture with plum-blossom needle and cupping treatment of snake string sore clinical efficacy.[Method]A randomized,controlled method.30 patients were divided into the confining needling with plum-blossom needle and cupping therapy control group in the treatment group 30 cases of oral Longdan Xiegan Decoction.The two groups were 3d for one course of treatment,treatment of 2 course of evaluating the therapeutic efficacy.[Results]The total efficiency of 100% in the control group the total efficiency of 46.67% in the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Around the puncture with plum-blossom needle and cupping treatment of snake string sore rapid onset of efficacy is not left behind postherpetic neuralgia,the clinical efficacy of this method is superior to pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
