头针配合张力平衡针法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察头针配合张力平衡针法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法。将中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者94例,随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组采用头针配合张力平衡针法,对照组采用常规针刺法,均1次/d,每次留针30min。观察治疗前后评定患者肌张力、肌痉挛状态变化。两组均以14d为1个疗程,疗程之间间隔2d,连续治疗2个疗程,疗程结束后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率63.04%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后肌张力、肌痉挛状态均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)。两组治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]头针配合张力平衡针法能显著改善中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的肌张力、肌痉挛状态。[Objective]To observe the effect of Scalp Acupuncture plus balanced muscular tension needling method in treating Spastic Paralysis after Stroke.[Methods]Ninety and four cases with spastic paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group（48 cases） and a control group（46 cases）.The treatment group was treated by Scalp Acupuncture plus balanced muscular tension needling method,while the control group was treated by routine acupuncture method.The two group of patients were treated once a day,30 minutes each time.And the change of muscle tonus,muscle spasticity evaluated before and after treatment.One course of treatment consisted of 14 days,the distance was 2 days between 2 courses,the treatment was given for a total of 2 courses.The curative effect was evaluated after treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of 87.50% in the treatment group was superior to that of 63.04% in the control group（P0.01）.After treatment muscle tonus,muscle spasticity were improved in the two groups（P0.01）,but the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Scalp Acupuncture plus Balanced muscular tension needling method can significantly improve the muscle tonus,muscle spasticity of the stroke patients with spastic paralysis.
