摘　　要：目的:建立肾宝合剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中所含的淫羊藿、何首乌、黄芪、补骨脂、当归、川芎进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱测定方中所含淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出淫羊藿、何首乌、黄芪、补骨脂、当归川芎,且阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷在0.0466-0.9700μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=0.26%。结论:本方法操作简便、准确可靠,重现性好、可作为肾宝合剂的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish the quality standard of Shenbao Heji.Methods： The six components—Epimedium brevicornum Max im,Polygonum Multiflorum,Astragalus,semen psoraleae,Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum wallichii is in Shenbao Heji were qualita tively by TLC.The contents of icariin in Shenbao Heji was determined by HPLC.Results： The TLC spots of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim,Polygonum Multiflorum,Astragalus,semen psoraleae,Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum wallichii were clear with good resolu tion and free of interference of negative samples.The linear ranges of icariin was0.0466 ～0.9700μg,the average recovery rate was 99.96%,RSD=0.26%.Conclusion： The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive and reliable,the method can be used to control the quality of Shenbao Heji.
