16例外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦漏患者行可脱性球囊栓塞治疗的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦漏(traumatic carotid cavernous fistula,TCCF)患者行可脱性球囊栓塞治疗的围术期护理经验。方法回顾性总结和分析16例TCCF患者行可脱性球囊栓塞治疗的护理方法。结果 16例患者均1次性栓塞治疗成功。1例患者术后出现对侧肢体偏瘫,给予改善循环、营养神经等治疗,症状改善。1例患者术后第2d出现视物不清,遵医嘱进一步治疗,带药出院。结论术前准备充分,术后严密观察病情和预防并发症的发生,对提高TCCF的治疗疗效具有积极意义。Objective To explore the perioperative care to the patients with traumatic arotid cavernous fistula （TCCF） treated with detachable balloon embolization. Method Retrospective reviewing of 16 TCCF patients treated with detachable balloon embolization was done to summarize the nursing methods. Results The detachable balloon mbolization was successful in all of the 16 patients. Oniy 1 of them contracted with opposite hemiparalysis of limbs, which were improved by bettering the circulation and nurturing the nerves. 1 patient was affected with visual obscurity on 2nd day after surgery and discharged for home treatment. Conclusion The following strategies including preoperative careful preparation and postoperative close observation and prevention against complications are helpful to improve curative effect on TCCF.
