摘　　要：目的探讨先天性巨大黑色素痣患儿的围手术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结3例采用手术切除同时行复合植皮术的先天性巨大黑色素痣患儿的术前后护理经验。结果 3例患儿修复重建创面后的功能及外观效果令人满意,均痊愈出院。随访6个月,治疗效果满意。结论先天性巨大黑色素痣最有效的治疗为手术切除,做好术前心理护理、皮肤准备,术后予正确的体位护理、病情观察、生活护理、功能锻炼及详细的出院指导是保证手术成功的重要措施。Objective To explore the nursing characteristics of patients with giant congenital melanocytic nevi during peroperative period.Method Three giant congenital melanocytic nevi patients＇experience of nursing care about preoperotive preparation,operation,postoperative care were summarized.Results It is confirmed that combined dermoplasty repair the defect after excising the lesion completely;meanwhile perfect peroperation care is essential.The cosmetic appearance and the function is satisfied.Conclusions Surgical excision is the most effective treatment for decreasing malignant probability and improving cosmetic appearance.Perfect peroperation nursing,skin preparation and post-operation posture,observation,functional exercise and detailed instruction are the important ways to the success of the operation.
