探讨孕前妇女血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阳性与C-反应蛋白含量的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨孕前妇女血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阳性与C-反应蛋白含量的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测非孕妇血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM;采用免疫比浊法检测受试者血清中C-反应蛋白含量;血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阳性20例与血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阴性50例所测结果进行比较分析。结果两组比较,血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阳性组中C-反应蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清TOX-IgG,TOX-IgM阳性者血清中C-反应蛋白含量的高低可作为一个辅助诊断弓形虫感染的指标,对于是否需要治疗弓形虫感染具有一定的参考价值。Objective： To study the clinical significant of CRP in patients with TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG seropositive.Method： The serum TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG were detected by ELISA;the serum level of CRP was determined by immunonephelometer.Results： CRP was significantly higher in the TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG seropositive group than in the controls（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The serum level of CRP is important indicates helpful for the diagnosis of TOX positive patients.
