摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌患者术后主观睡眠质量。方法采用阿森斯失眠量表对60例乳腺癌术后患者进行测评。结果乳腺癌术后患者的睡眠质量总分为:12.57分±4.70分,发生睡眠障碍52例(86.67%)(AIS总分≥7),明显高于对照组(11例,18.33%)。乳腺癌术后患者的入睡时间,夜间苏醒程度,早醒程度、总睡眠时间、总睡眠质量,白天情绪、白天身体功能、白天思睡各成分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后患者存在明确的主观睡眠指标的异常,乳腺癌术后患者普遍存在睡眠问题。Objective To investigate the subjective sleep quality of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods The sleep quality of 60 breast cancer patients after operation was measured with athens insomnia scale （AIS）. Results The AIS score was （ 12. 57 ± 4.70）, which was significantly higher than that of Chinese normal （P 〈 0. 01 ） . 52 cases were identified as somnipathy （86. 67% ）. All the items got higher score than normal group, including sleep induction, awakenings during the night, final awakening, total sleep duration, sleep quality , well - being,functioning capacity and sleepiness during the day. Conclusion The subjective sleep quality score indicate that postoperative patients with breast cancer have sleep disorders.
