摘　　要：目的:建立比浊法测定可利霉素片效价的方法。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌,加菌量为0.5%(V/V),温度为(37±0.5)℃,培养时间3.5～4.0h测定。结果:抗生素线性最佳浓度范围为6.4～15.7 u.mL-1,平均回收率为100.7%(n=9),RSD=1.7%。结论:本方法灵敏、快速、实用,可作为测定可利霉素片效价的方法。Objective：To establish a turbidimetric method for the determination of Kelimycin Tablets. Method：The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus . The amount of adding bacteria was 0. 5 % （ V / V ） , incubation time was 3.5 to 4. Oh at 37 ℃ ± 0. 5 ℃. Results： The linearity was in the range of 6. 4to15.7 u. m L-1 and the average recovery was 100. 7% （n =9） ;RSD = 1.7%. Conclusion： The method was sensitive, rapid and feasible for the determination of Kelimycin Tablets.
