摘　　要：实现一种面向中小型客户的FLASH卡测试系统。该系统的硬件和软件实现符合SD/MMC物理层协议的命令/响应及数据发送/接受。在硬件电路上考虑了接口信号的驱动、电平转换及不同宽度数据总线的扩展,完成了原理图到PCB的设计。在软件上实现各种控制时序的发生和检测,可方便地升级扩展。研究结果表明,该系统具有较强的实用价值,应用前景广阔,已经成功投入工业化生产。Achieve a small and medium-sized customer FLASH card test solution, all kinds of command/re- sponse and data send/receive timing diagram based on SD/MMC specification are implemented. The signal drive capacity, different power level transform and different data bus width expansion are fully considered in the PC LPT hardware interface circuit design, the schematic and PCB layout is also realized. The control timing diagram of this FLASH card test system can be upgrade and expanded easily, and has better portability. The system shows a higher practical value and is used in industry mass production manufacture.
