摘　　要：随着消防工作社会化进程不断发展,消防行政许可业务日益增多与公安机关消防机构人员不足等多方面矛盾不断突现,亟须提高消防行政审批的工作效率。就消防设计审查与行政审批分离制度及加强消防中介服务机构在消防设计技术审查中的技术服务作用做几点分析和探讨。The contradictions between licencing of fire administration and the lack of fire administrative personnel has become apparent with the development of society. It is urgent to improve the efficiency of fire administration check. This paper analyzes and explains some crucial points concerning the separation of fire design check and ad- ministration licencing, and exerting the function of fire intermediaries and technological service.
