2002-2011年中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院专利情报分析

摘　　要：目的为医药科研工作者提供中国医学科学院专利的相关信息,并为药品研发和科研合作提供参考。方法通过中国知识产权网专利信息服务平台,对2002-2011年中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院申请的中外专利进行检索,并将其按申请年、申请人、专利技术、发明人进行统计分析。结果共检索到专利1 675件,其中,中国发明专利1 172件,中国发明授权373件,中国实用新型120件,中国台湾专利6件,中国外观设计4件,国外专利0件。申请数量在103～203件之间,2010年的最多(203件)。申请人以医科院药物研究所的最多(322件)。发明人以医科院药物研究所的杜冠华的最多(59件)。IPC分类号以A61K(医用、牙科用或梳妆用的配制品)的最多(992件)。其中,IPC大组以A61K31/00(含有机有效成分的医药配制品)的最多(543件);其次是A61P35/00(抗肿瘤药)(387件),结论说明含有机有效成分的医药配制品和抗肿瘤药是医科院目前的研发热点。Objective To provide related information about the patent of CAMS/PUMC for pharmaceutics researchers,and to offer references for drug research and scientific research cooperation.Methods With Patent Database Service Platform of CNIPR,the patents of CAMS/PUMC during the period of 2002 to 2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically according to application year,applicant,patent technology and inventor.Results Totally 1675 patents were retrieved,and of which 1127 were Chinese invention patents,373 Chinese invented authorized,120 utility model patents,6 patents of Taiwan China,4 design patents and 0 foreign patent.The amount of applications was from 103 to 203;applications that applied in 2010 were the most（203 pieces）.Applications that submitted by Institute of Materia Medica,CAMS,were the most（322 pieces）;applications that invented by Guanhua Du,Institute of Materia Medica,CAMS,were the most（59 pieces）.The patent application of A61K（medical product containing medical,dental,or toilet purpose）classified by IPC code took up the great proportion（929 pieces）.Among that,the patent application of A61K31/00（medical product containing organic active ingredients）classified by IPC group takes up the great proportion（543 pieces）,followed by group A61P35/00（antineoplastic agents）（387 pieces）.Conclusion Antineoplastic agents are becoming a hotspot of drug research and development of CAMS/PUMC.
