梯级水电站水库水沙联合优化调度研究进展

摘  要:水沙联合调度由于其多目标特性和求解的复杂性,一直都是水库调度中的难点。文中详细阐述梯级水库水沙联合优化调度的基本理论,并介绍了水库优化调度子系统和水库泥沙冲淤计算子系统,总结了水沙联合调度中多目标的选取、目标函数的建立及约束条件的制定等。探讨梯级水库水沙联合调节计算的常规算法和智能优化计算方法,并对子系统间的耦合机理、水沙的链接方式、多目标的处理方法等水沙联合调度中的关键问题进行了分析,提出了梯级水库水沙联合调度研究中一些有待深入研究的问题。建立水库群水沙联合优化调度模型,来定量地描述梯级水库联合调度运行规则、泥沙输移变化规律,实现兴利、防洪、泥沙输移等的最佳协调,成为有待进一步研究的重点。Due to its multi-target characteristics and the complexity of the solution,water and sediment regulation has always been the difficulty of the reservoir operation.This paper thoroughly analyzes the basic theory of water and sediment regulation of cascade reservoirs,describes the basic theory of reservoir optimal scheduling subsystem and reservoir sediment erosion and deposition calculation with their relationship as well,sums up the object's choice,objective function's establishment and consideration of constraints of water and sediment regulation,and investigates the conventional and intelligent calculating methods under optimization.And the key issues including subsystems' the coupling mechanism,connecting way of water and sediment and multi-objective approach,are discussed in detail.Besides some problems of water and sediment regulation among reservoirs to be explored in depth are proposed.A model for optimizating algorithm of water and sediment regulation,which can quantitatively describe combined cascade reservoir dispatch's rules of operation,efficiency indicators and sediment transport variation,realize the best coordination of flood control,utilizable capacity and sediment transport,will become the next focus of the study.
