摘 要:合理的磁路结构及均匀的磁场强度是影响磁流变抛光效果的关键因素,基于电磁铁的特性并结合实验室提出的集群磁流变技术,设计了一种电磁式集群磁流变电磁铁。详细分析了集群磁流变电磁铁的结构设计,通过Ansoft有限元仿真对磁指长度、集群点阵的结构、集群点阵的间隙和集群点阵的深度进行仿真及优化。优化结果显示:磁指长度l=26mm,磁场区域可以实现由线域到面域;集群点阵为方形下凹,磁极表面磁场强度较大;集群点阵间隙为1mm、深度为2mm时,磁极表面可以获得比较均匀的面域磁场。Reasonable magnetic structure and uniform magnetic field strength are the key factors that influence the effect of magnetorheological finishing, this study is based on the characteristics of the electromagnet in combination with magneto-theological technology, the laboratory cluster design an electromagnetic cluster magnetic currentvariable electromagnet. A detailed analysis of the structure of the cluster magnetorheological electromagnet design, simulation and optimization of the magnetic means the length of the cluster lattice structure, the depth of cluster dot the gap and the cluster lattice Ansoft finite element simulation.
