彩色多普勒超声检查确诊胎儿畸形的临床分析

摘　　要：目的讨论彩色多普勒超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的运用。方法通过我院2010年3月至2012年2月进行常规检查的6020名孕妇超声检查结果进行分析,评价超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的临床运用价值。结果经过超声检查,共检出脑积水、无脑畸形、四肢畸形、唇腭裂、复合畸形、消化道畸形、心血管畸形等畸形胎儿35例,诊断符合率为87.5%。结论通过超声检查可以有效避免新生儿缺陷,对于促进人口质量具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the use of color Doppler ultrasound fetal malformation diagnosis. Methods 6020 pregnant women ultrasound through the hospital in March 2010 -2012 February routine in- spection results analysis, evaluation of the clinical use of ultrasound fetal malformation diagnosis value. Results After ultrasound examination, were detected hydrocephalus, anencephaly, limb deformities, cleft lip and pal- ate, complex malformations, gastrointestinal malformations, cardiovascular malformations, 35 cases of fetal mal- formation diagnosis was 87.5%. Conclusion The ultrasound can effectively prevent birth defects has an im- port＇ant significance for the promotion of the quality of the population.
