摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压接骨板在桡骨远端不稳定骨折治疗中的临床应用价值。方法自2009年1月至2011年12月,对30例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者根据骨折不同类型采用锁定加压接骨板并进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例随访6～12个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,根据术后X线片及改良Shea功能评估标准评定,优19例,良6例,可5例,优良率83.3%。结论对于桡骨远端不稳定骨折的治疗,特别是老年骨质疏松患者,LCP内固定可以取得满意的疗效。Objective To investigate the locking compression plate in the treatment of unstable fracture of the distal radius value of the clinical application. Methods From 2009 January 2011 year in December, 30 cases of unstable fracture of distal radius fracture patients according to different types with locking compression plate were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 12 months, all patients were healed fractures, according to postoperative X-ray and modified Shea function assessment standard, excellent in 19 cases, good in 6 cases, 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 83.3%. Conclusion For the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture treatment, especially in elderly patients with osteoporosis, LCP internal fixation can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
