妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎效果进行研究分析,以更好的指导应用。方法随机选择我院2010年3月至2012年3月慢性盆腔炎患者76名,分成A、B两组,A组43名患者为治疗组,给予妇科千金片治疗;B组33名患者为对照组,给予金鸡片进行治疗。结果经治疗,A组患者失眠、下腹疼痛、月经失调等症状改善优于B组患者,患者治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组。结论妇科千金片应用于慢性盆腔炎治疗,效果较好,有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低。Objective Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory effect Qianjinpian research and analysis to better guide the clinical application.Methods Random selection in our hospital in March 2010 to March 2012,76 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,divided into two groups(A,B) A group of 43 patients for the treatment group,to give Qianjinpian therapy;B group of 33 patients in the control groupto give the Rooster tablets for treatment.Results A group of patients,insomnia,abdominal pain,menstrual disorders,such as symptoms improve to better than group B patients after treatment,patients are more efficient than group B the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in B group.Conclusion Qianjinpian used in chronic treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,better,more efficient,lower incidence of adverse reactions.
