摘 要:目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与新型甲型H1N1流感易感性的关系。方法针对IL-1β基因5’端的4个SNP位点(rs1143623,rs1143639,rs16944,rs3917345),使用飞行时间质谱分析技术(TOF-MS)对167例H1N1流感组患者和192例健康对照组人群检测其基因多态性。结果rs16944有A和G两种等位基因,H1N1组A等位基因频率为61.9%,对照组为49.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.761,P=0.001,OR=0.602,95%CI0.444~0.816);rs1143639有G和A两种等位基因,G等位基因频率在H1N1组中为95.5%,对照组为98.7%,差异也有统计学意义(χ2=6.708,P=0.0096,OR=3.564,95%CI 1.281~9.917);其余两个位点在两组人群间无统计学意义。结论rs16944和rs1143639位点与新型甲型H1N1流感易感性相关。Objective To explore the association between IL-1β gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and the susceptibility influenza A(H1N1) virus.Methods Four SNPs(rs1143623,rs1143639,rs16944,rs3917345)were collected in IL-1 β gene and genotyped with TOF-MS assay among influenza A(H1N1) groups(n=167) and healthy controls(n=192).Results rs16944 SNP involved A and G allele.The A allele frequency in H1N1 groups and healthy controls group were 61.9% and 49.5%,respectively,showing significant difference(χ2=10.761,P=0.001,OR=0.602,95% CI 0.444~0.816);rs 1143639 SNP involved G and A allele,and the G allele frequency in H1N1 groups and healthy controls were 95.5% and 98.7%,also showing significant difference(χ2=6.708,P=0.0096,OR=3.564,95% CI 1.281~9.917);no significant difference was observed in allele frequency between H1N1 group and healthy control group for other SNPs.Conclusion rs16944 SNP and rs1143639 SNP of IL-1β gene were associated with susceptibility to influenza A(H1N1) virus.
