丹东市2006～2011年AFP监测系统运转情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析丹东市2006~2011年AFP监测系统运转情况。方法对丹东市所辖县（市）区AFP病例报告情况进行统计分析。结果丹东市连续6年AFP监测质量主要评价指标均达到目标要求。6年报告AFP病例28例,〈15岁儿童报告发病率6年分别为1.41/10万、1.40/10万、1.57/10万、1.64/10万、1.59/10万和2.32/10万。男女性别比1.8：1;月报告病例7月、8月、9月较多,占全年60.71%;未进行OPV免疫和未全程免疫儿童1例,占3.57%;AFP病例在县、乡级医疗机构就诊率最高（71.43%）,报告率为30.78%。结论为维持无脊灰状态,仍需提高和保持儿童OPV的免疫覆盖率,同时加强监测系统的管理,加大对县、乡、村医疗机构临床医生的培训力度,保持AFP监测系统的敏感性、及时性、完整性。Objective To evaluate the work of AFP monitoring system in Dandong City.Methods The data of monitoring of AFP cases in Dandong City（including downtown area） was analyzed.Results The main indexes of AFP monitoring quality in Dandong had addressed the requirements within 6 years,28 cases of AFP were reported,with a ratio of male to female of 1.8：1.The reported cases occurred more frequently from July,August and September,accounting for 60.71% per year;3.57% of children who did not have OPV and full-course immunization;the consultancy rate of AFP cases was the highest at county-level medical agencies（71.43%）,whereas the reporting rate was low（30.78%）.Conclusion In order to maintain the non-polio,the work of monitoring AFP cases and enhancement of inoculation of OPV be strengthened and it is advisable to enhance the training force of clinicians at county-level medical facilities and maintain the AFP case surveillance system with sensitivity,timeliness and completeness.
