摘　　要：建立了液体顶空气相色谱法测定蒿甲醚中有机溶剂残留量。采用DB-1大口径毛细管柱，以对照品作外标进行定量。甲醇、乙醇及二氯甲烷的线性范围分别为30．2～635．2μg·mL^-1（r=0．9991），6．4～64．5μg·mL^-1（r=0．9991）和5．5～68．7μg·mL^-1（r=0．9990）；回收率分别为99．9％，103．8％7f[199．3％；检测限分别为0．02μg·g^-1,0．04μg·g^-1和0．01μg·g^-1。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度及重现性好。A solution headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual organic solvent in Artemether was established. A DB-1 wide bore capillary column was used with Referencel standard.The linear range for methanol, ethanol and dichloromethane were 30.2-635.2 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9991）, 6.4-64.5 μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9991） and 5.5-68.7 μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9990） respectively. The average recoveries of methanol, ethanol and diehloromethane were 99.9%, 103.8%and 99.3%respectively. The lowest test limits of methanol , ethanol and dichloromethane were 0.02 μg·g^-1, 0.04 μg·g^-1 and 0.01 μg·g^-1 ,respectively. The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and repeatable.
